Miley Cyrus Collaborates With Godmother Dolly Parton On Upcoming Album
Miley Cyrus’ upcoming album features a song co-written by her godmother and country music icon Dolly Parton, the singer reveals on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” this week.
In a pre-taped episode airing Thursday, Cyrus dishes on her new album, Younger Now, and talks about the one and only song that features a co-writer.
“[Dolly and I] wrote a song called ‘Rainbowland’ last week, actually before Hurricane Harvey,” she explained. “We are rainbows, me and you, every colour, every hue, let’s shine through,” Cyrus sang, offering a preview of what is sure to be one of the album’s most highly anticipated singles. “What a co-writer [Dolly] is to have. You learn so much,” she added
