Official: Wizkid Has Met Drake before.

Prior to reports made by bloggers that Wizkid has never met drake, The "Come Closer" Crooner has come to clear the air about that in his latest interview.

News earlier suggested that Wizkid has never met Drake even after the three collaborations they had between themself, and the absence of Drake in "Come Closer" video moved to confirm the news and settle all claims.


In a recent interview with 4Music Official, Wizkid said whilst he didn't meet drake for the Ojuelegba song as Skepta played the song to Drake and told him to bounce on it, He actually did [b]meet with[/b] Drake for the "One Dance" song, and subsequently "Come Closer"

Credits are accrued to Wizkid as a producer and songwriter to One Dance, and he eventually invited DJ Maphorisa to the studio to work with them, thereby giving Maphorisa his first international stint and Grammy nomination.
