Aspiring Fashion Designer Stabbed To Death During Student Party Brawl
An aspiring fashion designer was stabbed to death
after an argument at a student party descended into a brawl. Lemou Ange
Lauric Lebato died in hospital after suffering a stab wound during the
violence in the early hours of Saturday morning. Police think the
22-year-old murder victim was attacked after going to a student party in
Leicester city centre. .

A spokesman said: “We know the victim was at a party at a block of flats in Albion Street moments before he was assaulted. “While in the flat we believe he may have been involved in some sort of argument which spilled out into the street and resulted in him sustaining a fatal stab wound.” They added: “The party was attended by a number of students studying in the city.” The victim, known as Lauric, was from Hackney, London and had been at the event before he was found suffering a knife wound in the street.
Detectives have appealed for taxi drivers, delivery drivers, business owners and others who were in the area to come forward with information.
