South Africa's President, Jacob Zuma was caught on tape sleeping seriously, while the Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan was speaking on the country’s economy under pressure and questions over education funding, an hour 14 minutes into the speech, Zuma who was initially attentive, fell asleep during the briefing.
